Here at Embark we're in the very early and exciting stages of figuring out the concept of our first game, being open and transparent with our progress throughout it's development.
The video and screenshots you see here are from an environment tech test in Unreal created by three of us over just three weeks, using real-world scanned data, and procedural placement tools, to create a large 256 square kilometer level to thoroughly test our tools and workflows.
Additionally, a few of our first concepts exploring the setting and style give some hints at the direction we are likely to travel.
